For more than 25 years, Global Scouting Bureau has provided contract scouting services to teams and leagues in more than 23 countries. Both big and small, our goal is to assist each team/league in securing the best athletes. At no charge to the team/league personnel, Inscouting.com allows networking and player procurement to find available players. If a player is self-promoting, teams are welcome to contact and negotiate contract terms with them directly. Global Scouting Bureau will be the point of contact on behalf of assisted promotion athletes, procuring the athlete, and ensuring their quality as well as the terms of the contract.
